Expected Roles Over the Next 12–24 Months

While our hiring will be staged and lean, we're planning to open the following roles as we grow toward 50,000+ users.

Product & Engineering

  • Full-Stack Developer (x2): Maintain and scale core ShareCount features.
  • Mobile App Developer (Flutter/React Native) (x1): Focus on UI/UX performance across Android & iOS.
  • Backend Engineer (Payments/API Focus) (x1): Build secure and scalable APIs for integrations and switching.
  • DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (x1 - part-time/contract): Set up scalable, secure environments (AWS/GCP).

Design & UX

  • UI/UX Designer (x1): Design user-centred flows for both individual and business-facing products.
  • Graphic & Brand Designer (x1 - part-time): Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms and campaigns.

Data & Strategy

  • Data Analyst (Product & User Insights) (x1): Track growth, usage, and support product/marketing decisions.
  • Financial Analyst / FinOps (x1 - hybrid with CFO): Support compliance, forecasting, and partner reporting.

Compliance & Risk

  • Compliance Officer (KYC/AML) (x1 - shared role): Help maintain regulatory alignment and onboarding best practices.
  • Risk & Dispute Resolution Lead (x1 - part-time): Manage internal controls and disputes handling.

Marketing & Growth

  • Growth Marketer (x1): Drive user acquisition campaigns and track performance metrics.
  • Community & Partnerships Coordinator (x1): Help with grassroots growth (stokvels, informal businesses, NGOs).

Customer Support & Ops

  • Customer Support Agents (x2): Handle chat/email/phone queries, guide onboarding, resolve technical issues.
  • Operations Associate (x1): Support internal team coordination, finance tracking, and reporting.
